Ron (Originally from Nigeria) is not someone you would automatically associate with great French Food.
Ron though has an impressive CV and just before joining Frere Jacques headed the team at the world famous Boisdale’s Restaurant in Victoria cooking Scottish, British and of course French Classics.
He Joined us in 2004 and has recently taken over the complete running of our kitchens. Ron has established a great repartie with our suppliers and being so creative can give our customers the best prices on food while also delivering on flavour.
We are very proud to have him!
