Our Front of House Team is headed by our flamboyant General Manager Rene Renault. Known by regular customers as "the heart and soul of Frere Jacques" he creates a unique warm and friendly atmosphere.
Josiah Jackson-Taylor infuses a vision and flair of his own that binds the restaurant together to produce a truly transcendent Thameside venue.
Their team is made up of predominantly French waiting staff giving you an authentic European dining experience!
Our Kitchen brigade is lead by our Executive Chef, Gerhard Peleschka. He brings to Frere Jacques a wealth of experience. Gerhard is driven by his innate passion and imagination, and his tremendous personal charisma is shown by the consistent quality of his cuisine. He is supported closely by his team of again predominantly French Chefs.
